At the Grand Opening of the Tampa office on June 12, 2008, NORR announced that they are investing in their new community and in the future of young architects, with an annual award for a student in the department of Architecture and Community Design at the University of South Florida. Beth Bosserman, Director of Development at USF was grateful to NORR for the companies interest and confidence in the students and program at USF. Also on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony was the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Ingenium President and CEO, Victor Smith noted that Tampa provides NORR with an excellent opportunity to continue expanding our architecture and engineering practice in the commercial, hospitality and retail market sectors.
