NORR's "The Avenues" project in Kuwait City, Kuwait for Mabanee Company SAK is a finalist in the ICSC's International Design and Development Awards in the category of Retail Projects over 500,000 sf of total retail space. Coreen Paul, Senior Director Commercial with NORR in the U.S.A. will be present at the awards presentation.

Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 75,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

International Design and Development Awards
ICSC's International Design and Development Awards Program was established in 1977 to recognize outstanding retail projects that have successfully solved many different problems. The awards honor shopping center owners, development associates, managers, architects and designers who are the very best at what they do, who design and develop projects that can truly be held up as examples of what can be accomplished with a lot of hard work and creativity.
